String stoppers

What are your thoughts? Do they quiet the bow?  Do they increase speed?

I have thought about getting me one of these for my setup.  Do you guys who have them think there is an advantage with it as far as silencing the string after our shot?

I don't know how much of an affect it has on sound but it certainly cannot hurt.  My last two bows came from the factory with them.  They also help the arrow have a better release from the string.

For those looking to get one for a bow that does not have one, check out bow rattler.  http://www.bowrattler.com/  I have heard nothing but good things about his.  They are priced relatively well.  I have sent him a couple emails and he has replied every time.  I am going to be buying one for my sister's bow here shortly.
