What is the best arrow saw on the market? I've done my research, the thing is, every single one that I've looked at have good remarks and bad remarks.

I've had an Apple archery saw now for better than 15 years never had a problem one.

my weston works great for my personal use the arrow spinners are junk for the price I think I paid $100 for it

I just mount my Dremel with a cutting wheel to a board and use that.  I also have an arrow squaring device to true up the ends.
