Opening Morning 3rd rifle Season
« on: November 03, 2019, 05:55:56 AM »
I happened to pick up a Reissue/Returned buck tag for a unit I was familiar with for 3rd Rifle Season.

15 mins into season I was done.

Temp was 1 degree - 220yd shot - 30-06 Winchester Model 70

Yeah youre probably right. It was 1 degree when we left the truck. It had warmed up to 8 degrees when we got back to the truck.

I dont wear my wool pants and 3 layers on top when its warm :)

Nice job, I was out this past weekend and Sat was brutally cold haha. Didn't punch my tag yet, but had plenty of chances. Holding out a bit longer.
